The main purpose of the eurotek.es website is to inform about the services offered by Eurotek.
Eurotek assumes the legal obligations regarding the protection of personal data, contained in Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.
Responsible for data processing
It is Eurotek’s wish that the user has the appropriate information to decide expressly, freely and voluntarily if he/she wishes to provide his/her data in the required form. Eurotek informs that it is responsible for the processing of the data, without prejudice to the fact that it may commission a third party to manage the processing of the same, to which users give their express consent.
Only employees who need access to user data to perform their work have access to it. Any employee who violates our data protection and/or security policies will be subject to disciplinary action, including possible dismissal as well as civil and/or criminal prosecution.
Purpose of data treatment
A collection and processing of data will be carried out for the following purposes:
1. To properly manage the provision of the service requested by users.
2. To know for statistical purposes the participation of users.
3. Inform the user of news and the existence of Eurotek services and / or third party collaborating companies.
4. Manage their participation in personnel selection processes or project proposals. Unless otherwise indicated in each case, the data collected in the forms are necessary and mandatory to access the services of the website or section of the web to which it responds.
Eurotek will not be able to register those who do not provide the mandatory data.
The user must fill out the forms with true, accurate and complete data, responding for damages that may result in case of defective completion, with false, inaccurate, incomplete or outdated data.
Eurotek is also obliged to comply with the obligation of secrecy regarding the data contained in the automated file established in the current legislation.
User rights
The interested party or person representing them, as well as parents or guardians, may at any time exercise their right of access, rectification, deletion, transparency, limitation of processing or portability of data by sending a written communication to Eurotek at the addresses indicated above in which the identity of the user is proven; through the website itself, by means of communication to the mailbox address eurotek@eurotek.es attaching in any case the document proving their identity and the right they wish to exercise.
Data storage period
Personal data will be kept according to the criterion of the purpose of the data processing and until their deletion is requested by the data subject.
